☝️ Please note that the ranking list only indicates whether you are eligible for the scholarship. Being eligible does not necessarily mean you will be an assignee.

💰 L'integrazione di borsa di studio per laureati in corso viene erogata solo in caso di disponibilità di risorse dopo aver assegnato tutte le borse di studio e gli incrementi per l'anno accademico 2026/2027.

🙄 Se hai in previsione di laurearti in corso ma dovessi rimandare, ecco cosa potrebbe succedere:
👉 Se hai effettuato l’iscrizione all’a.a. 2026/2027 entro le scadenze: puoi concorrere per la borsa di studio da ulteriore semestre.
👉 Se non hai effettuato l’iscrizione all’a.a. 2026/27 entro le scadenze: perderai l’idoneità e non potrai ricevere alcun beneficio ER.GO.

Near-graduate students

🧑‍🎓 Are you planning to graduate during the extraordinary session of the a.y. 2025/2026? If you’ve applied for a scholarship, you may be eligible for the scholarship supplement!

💰 The scholarship supplement is awarded only if funds are available after having assigned all the scholarships and the increases to the eligible students for the  a.y. 2026/2027.

🙄 If you plan to graduate on time but end up having to postpone, here’s what might happen:
👉 If you enrolled for the a.y. 2026/2027 by the deadlines: you may be eligible for the extra semester scholarship.
👉 If you did not enroll for the a.y. 2026/27 by the deadlines: you will lose your eligibility and will not be able to receive any ER.GO benefit.

⚠️ La mancata risposta equivale alla rinuncia al posto alloggio!

☝️ Ti ricordiamo che non è possibile fornire informazioni precise sulle tempistiche di convocazione: lo scorrimento delle graduatorie avviene secondo variabili imprevedibili.

Interested in remaining in the Accommodation ranking list?

Have you applied for ER.GO Accommodation for the a.y. 2026/2027 and not been summoned by 30th September?

👀 Go check your Dossier Utente: you may have received a communication in which you’re asked whether you’re still interested in remaining in the ranking to be eventually assigned in the future to one of your accommodation: follow the instructions!

⚠️ If you do not reply, this will be taken as a waiver of the Accommodation!

☝️ It’s not possible to give accurate information on when the summoning will take place:  the ranking lists are updated according to unpredictable factors.

💸 La tua carriera può anche essere attivata successivamente, ma ricordati di pagare la tassa di iscrizione universitaria!

📝To be eligible for the benefits requested for the a.y. 2026/27, please note that you must finalize your enrollment at your university within the deadlines specified in the ER.GO Announcement, unless otherwise indicated in the call for applications for your study course.

💸You can also activate your student career at a later date, but remember to pay your university enrollment fee!

Oggi parliamo di due termini fondamentali per consultare le graduatorie e comprendere le comunicazioni di ER.GO: idoneità e assegnazione.

📌 L’idoneità conferma il possesso di tutti i requisiti richiesti dal bando per concorrere a benefici quali Borsa di studio, Alloggio, ecc.

⚠️ Ma l'idoneità non basta! A questa deve seguire l’assegnazione.

📌 L’assegnazione consiste nella ricezione concreta dello specifico beneficio - sulla base delle risorse effettivamente disponibili, secondo i criteri individuati dal Bando di Concorso - e viene ufficializzata da una comunicazione di ER.GO sul tuo Dossier Utente.

Due tipiche comunicazioni di assegnazione che potrai ricevere sul tuo Dossier Utente sono: l’assegnazione della Borsa di studio e l’assegnazione di un alloggio ER.GO.

ER.GO Glossary: Eligibility and Assignment

Today we’re discussing two key terms for consulting the rankings and understanding ER.GO’s communications: eligibility and assignment.

📌 Eligibility confirms that you meet all the requirements set out in the announcement to compete for benefits such as scholarships, accommodation, etc.

⚠️ But eligibility isn’t enough! This must be followed by assignment.

📌 Assignment consists in actually receiving the specific benefit - depending on the available resources, according to the criteria set out in the Application Announcement - and is formalised by a communication from ER.GO on your User Dossier.

Two typical assignment communications that you may receive on your User Dossier are: the assignment of a scholarship and the assignment of ER.GO accommodation.

Domicilio: attenzione ai passaggi e alle scadenze!

🏠 Vuoi concorrere per la Borsa di studio da Fuori sede e non ti è stato assegnato/non hai richiesto un alloggio ER.GO? Ricordati che dovrai documentare un domicilio a titolo oneroso per almeno 10 mesi nel periodo tra il 1° ottobre 2026 e il 30 settembre 2027.

✅ Per farlo, dovrai:
1. Compilare entro il 3 novembre 2026 ore 16.00 il modulo Autocertificazione di domicilio, che trovi nella stessa area riservata in cui presenti domanda di benefici
2. Caricare entro il 14 gennaio 2027 tutta la documentazione di domicilio necessaria sul tuo Dossier Utente > Corrispondenza e Protocollo > Invia documentazione > Documentazione di domicilio.

Domicile: pay attention to the procedures and deadlines!

🏠 Do you want to compete for the Non-resident Scholarship but have not been assigned or have not applied for ER.GO accommodation? Please note that you will need to provide the documentation of your paid domicile for at least 10 months in the period between October, 1 2026 and September 30, 2027.

✅ To do so, you must:
1. Fill in by November 3rd, 2026 4 p.m. the online self-certification of domicile form that you find in the same reserved area where you apply for benefits.
2. Upload by January 14th, 2027 the required complete domicile documentation in your Dossier Utente > Corrispondenza e Protocollo > Invia documentazione > Documentazione di domicilio.

Se il 2026/2027 è l’anno accademico successivo alla durata normale del tuo corso di studi, puoi fare domanda per un ulteriore semestre di benefici.
Nel campo Tipo di iscrizione che troverai nel modulo Benefici a concorso dovrai selezionare: FUORI CORSO FINALE.

Esempio: Hai già frequentato i tre anni accademici di laurea triennale, devi ancora conseguire la laurea e vuoi chiedere un ulteriore semestre di benefici?
👉 Devi selezionare FUORI CORSO FINALE.

ER.GO Dictionary: Fuori Corso Finale

If 2026/2027 is the following academic year after the normal duration of your study course, you can apply to our benefits for an extra semester.
In the field Type of enrollment that you’ll find in the Benefici a concorso form you’ll have to select: FUORI CORSO FINALE.

For example: have you already attended the three years of Bachelor’s Degree, you still need to graduate and would like to apply for another benefits semester?

How to read the Accomodation provisional ranking list

Have you applied for Accommodation and you’re now waiting for the outcome of the procedure?

📅 The Accommodation provisional ranking list for the following categories of students:
- first-cycle and single-cycle program freshmen
- second-cycle program freshmen (new applicants)
 is going to be published tomorrow, September, 10th 2026.

🛏 Ti ricordiamo che l’idoneità in graduatoria non significa necessariamente che l’alloggio ti verrà assegnato, in quanto tutto dipende dai posti disponibili nelle residenze e dal conseguente scorrimento delle graduatorie.

🤔 Se ci contatti per sapere che probabilità avrai di ottenere l’alloggio, non sapremo darti una risposta, nemmeno facendo riferimento ai numeri degli anni precedenti.

Se ti verrà assegnato un alloggio riceverai una comunicazione di convocazione su Dossier Utente! Monitoralo regolarmente!

How does the ER.GO accommodation assignment work?

Are you a Non resident student and have you applied for ER.GO accommodation?

🛏 Please note that being eligible on the rankings does not necessarily mean you will be assignee of an accommodation, as everything depends on how many accommodations are available in our residencies. On that basis the ranking will progress. 

🤔 If you contact us to ask how many chances you have to have an accommodation assigned, we will therefore be unable to give you an answer, even by referring to the data of previous years.

If you are assigned to an accommodation, you will receive a communication via your Dossier Utente! Check it frequently!

🗓 Da oggi puoi consultare le disposizioni integrative al Bando Benefici DSU relative alle modalità di fruizione dei benefici per il diritto allo studio universitario, in relazione alle procedure di accesso ai corsi di laurea magistrale a ciclo unico in Medicina e Chirurgia, in Odontoiatria e Protesi dentaria e in Medicina veterinaria, per gli studenti che si iscrivono a uno degli Atenei dell'Emilia-Romagna.

⚠️ Attenzione! La domanda di benefici ER.GO per i soli iscritti al semestre filtro riaprirà il 10 febbraio 2027. La nuova scadenza è fissata al 15 marzo 2027 ore 16.00.

Attenzione alla scadenza della domanda!

La scadenza per richiedere i benefici ER.GO a.a. 2026/2027 è vicinissima.

‼️ Hai tempo fino a lunedì, 24 agosto 2026, ORE 16:00, per compilare la domanda di benefici!

☝️ Ricorda che puoi compilarla anche se non sei ancora iscritto all’Università, ad un Istituto dell'Alta Formazione Artistica e Musicale (AFAM) o ad altro istituto per cui sono previsti i benefici ER.GO.

⏳ Considera che il rilascio dell’attestazione ISEE richiede qualche giorno.
Nel caso in cui essa non sia pronta prima della scadenza, da oggi fino a lunedì potrai inserire e chiudere il modulo dati economici usando il numero di protocollo della ricevuta DSU (c.d. protocollo mittente). Ti verrà poi richiesto di perfezionare il modulo una volta ricevuta l’attestazione.

👉 Compila attentamente i moduli e completali secondo le istruzioni. 

🔎 Naviga il sito per scoprire quali sono i requisiti richiesti, le soglie economiche per l’accesso e le date di pubblicazione delle graduatorie con cui ti comunicheremo l’idoneità o meno ai benefici.

Remember the application deadline!

The deadline for applying for ER.GO benefits for the 2026/2027 academic year is very close.

‼️ You have time until Monday, August 24th, 2026, at 4.00 pm CEST, to complete your application for benefits!

☝️ Remember that you can complete the application even if you are not yet enrolled at a university, an Institute of Higher Education in Art and Music (AFAM) or any other institution for which ER.GO benefits are available.
Remember that to be eligible for the benefits, you must upload the documents required by the Announcement in your Dossier Utente within the deadlines to apply.
