Many saints are married. Many married couples are both saints. Many martyred married couples have been beatified or canonized. But only a few non-martyr couples have been honored together. St. Louis and St. Marie-Azelie Martin (memorial today) who were the first married couple to be canonized together. Bl. Luigi and Bl. Maria Quattrocchi were the first married couple to be beatified together. Ven. Sergio and Ven. Domenica Bernardini were declared venerables together in 2015. Others are also being considered for canonization, like the Servants of God, Karol and Emilia Wojtyla, parents of St. John Paul II.

to be fair, I’m aware that many middle-class families practice matchmaking and nepotism too. props to those families who have that wealth-building mentality; may great fortune befall your families. my family does as well, which is why I can NEET comfortably at their home while working on my business. I will save my sons from being wagies and my daughters from being whores.

i just want to speak up for poor and middle-class families who have had it tough. after listening to some of my less fortunate friends complain about their own families sabotaging them, I’m sure there are many anons in the same situation. I want to help stop this pointless cycle of perpetual wage slavery, where each new generation is forced to take part in it.

to anons who are now parents, please have mercy towards your own children, ask them about the current situation, ask about their thoughts, etc. forget about you for a moment, focus on understanding them.

to anons with difficult parents, it's okay, just focus on yourself, dont give up and work towards breaking the cycle for your progeny.

neither of them ever built a business or took a risk, so they pass down zero financial literacy. perpetual wageslavery is mathematically guaranteed.
force you to take out $80k in jewish student loans because they didnt save a dime for your college
give you outdated boomer advice like "just walk in & hand the manager your resume!" & get mad when you try to start an online hustle instead of getting a "real job" at WageCage Inc
call you a "loser" when you failed and an "ingrate" if you dont want to take care of them when they're old, after they "taught" you all these McLessons.
